It adds : more bobbing when moving while aiming / enhanced management of damages by hitLoc ( hit location ) / bleeding after being hit and bandaging function => serve to stop hemorrhage / new blood fX => each type of wound has it's own fX / new flash effects / realistic zooms balancing / losing the ammo left in the magazine when reloading / lots more stuff...
