Real War is a total conversion for C&C Generals Zero Hour, it's goal is to create gameplay that would feel much more like a real action rather then a clash of toys, staying at the same time competitive game. With realistic units, realistic FX, and realistic tactics we intend to create RTS experience of authenticity level never seen before. The sides include US Army, Armed forces of Russian Federation, and Chinese People's Liberation Army. Each with unique units, buildings and upgrades.

why dont you give them mig-29 and su-27
that they actually have in significant numbers

Why not give Mig-21s and J-8s to China? Why not give F-15s and F-16s to USA? Cause we intend to create a feel of the near future war.
Aren't the Russians using the Su-35BM version?
Russia is going to use BM, but all Su-35 that are in service now are M version. Anyway we have decided to stick to M, since BM doesn't look much different from Su-27.
