I have come to the point where it would be nice to form a team or similar.
Resident Evil: Tactics is a crazed project with the goal of making a cinematic real time strategy based on game titles resident evil 2-3.
Key positions
In order to speed up development it would be nice to have an animator. There are alot of animations to take care of and thats time consuming.
Needs - Ability to save work into .bip, .bvh or other character studio 4 compatible format. Good understanding of motion capture and cleanup skills is a bonus.
Voice actors to do speech for units/events.
Sample characters are hardend mercenaries, evil researchers, police officers. (Got zombies and nasties covered.)
Needs - Mature male and female voices. Mainly but not excluded to American accent. Ability to engineer recored voices is a bonus.
Props/World Modeller
Build houses and cars and trash and shit to fill Raccoon City. Would speed up development immensly.
Needs - Basic Modelling/Texturing skills, 3d software that can export to .3ds or .obj.
