Hello followers,

After the Moddb Mod of the year event we decided to make some modifications to the mod:

Until now the mod was listed under The Battle for Middle Earth II game even tho, our mod, since it is made like an expansion supports both ROTWK and BFME2 games. For the fact that we can't list for 2 games we will switch from BFME 2 to ROTWK.

So from now on you won't find us under BFME2 game but under ROTWK. This is just a moddb listing thing, the mod still works on both games and we made no change to the launcher or mod whatsoever.

Now, if you are still here, we want to announce that before the release of the Wood Elves we will have 1-2 patches to fix things that are not working in the V3.01 Beta. We have no idea when the release of the patches or the new beta will take place. Bear with us as we try to deliver the new features as soon as we can. We will keep you up to date and we still have prepared some surprises for you guys.

Also, if you are a modder and think you can help us don't hesitate to PM us.

In the next release there will an auto-detection for this problem...

Right now both this mod and Edain looks very promesing. Since both mods are bringing back the classic BFME build style.

Would you gain anything by merging the two mods into a BFME ultimate mod? Because right now it seams like they both got roughly the same features and goals. I'm a fan of the mod so it's no bashing at you. :)

We don't know if we gain anything for merging but don't think is possible .

We never had any contact with the Edain MOD but I don't think they will really agree with the mod merging .

And Edain MOD is only in german ( as far as I know ) even tho we also are trying to translate the RC MOD in german .

Also the Edain MOD have many more features than we are currently working on.Our best features are the CAC system and the visual enhancement ,beyond the BFME system witch currently is not ready .

WE just want to keep our work , ours . :P

You can also easily see the difference between skin resolution of both mods .I dont think RC's lovely elf skins would ever fit in edain .

As soon as i get the BFME I mode feature working correctly you will see in increase in small little features that customize your own gameplay. We are not going to merge with Edain, since that is their project, and this is ours. I would rather keep working with my own team, and make exactly what we want, than with another team and not have exactly what we want. I hope that made sense :P I don't believe we would gain that much by merging with them or whatever...

Told you guys the BFME 1 mode is a great deal ,good thing we added it first :P
Good job with the new CAH improvements and the beautiful elf models\skins.I wish you guys to become the best bfme ever although i am not able to help with that .
I hope you guys find the strenght and free time to finish this mod .It was a pleasure working with you .

I funcinona and if not is because I have all three parts of the game to the resurgent intaladas witch king without any parche.y the game I have is not original and I have it with daemons tool instalado.La thing that let me play only 3.30 minutes and then just destroys;'ve tried this tip: (Download this file: Rcmod.the3rdage.net and run it as administrator. Or just run it and see if it works.) and not working unenforceable someone might have some explanation to're problem? ... Sincerely your fan aaah comment that I've installed with Desura

After Geel contacted me and provided the fix I gave the mod another chance. At it's current state the mod is doing good. There are some maps that do not support BFME1 and/or 2 mode so they end instantly and few other things that need to be tweaked.

All together, I have decided to give this mod a 10 only because the mod creator is personally taking his time to get the mod working for individuals and I honestly do believe that after few fixes it will be a mod worth playing.

Complicated to install, lacks maps, graphics for certain structures need updates. Multiplayer is far to complicated to be practical.
