Republic Assault is a full scale conversion mod for the Petroglyphy game Star Wars Forces of Corruption. Using elements from both the current canon, and existing EU to create the best possible game experience.
Sometimes less is more. In this case, the Rothana looks a helluva lot better with less dirt on the hull and a better specular map on the normal map.
Anyways, in part of my conquest to update the ships in RA with new lights and engine glows, I decided to go one further and give the Rothana a bit of a complete tune up. It now features:
•Updated hull textures, and a better normal map
•Glowy engines
•Real hangars, not cutouts
•A new turret (Changes from the Acclamator turret)
•New lights
•Far better shadow (To those looking to build shadow, don't cheap out and use Cap Holes. Just manually cap, and connect in Edit Poly mode)

is this going to be more or less powerful than a regular venator?
I assume more powerful
It will be more powerful, but is also limited to 5 total ships.
This baby is a battlecruiser so a Venator wouldn't stand a chance against it.
It could even defeat an ISD.
I'd advise against giving too many ships a build limit as those pertain only to human players, the AI ignores them.
Personally I'm against build limits period, if the player wants to spam Dreadnaught class ships let them, not like the pop cap in battle will allow them to use them
