The CIS will be receiving an additional boost in power with the Lucrehulk battleship. In my testing, I felt it was quite powerful and carried a ton of fighters. Needless to say I nerfed it from 4 pop cap to 8 pop cap, whether that's too much will be decided by you guys when 0.3 releases.
