but there IS one thing that the naysayers and detractors havent seemed to notice

this mod only change ranks so place it in addons section
this mod is a complete joke. all you need it a .big modifier, and change the .rank settings in the ZHINI.big file. its that simple. don't need to download this mod to change it because its too damn restricting. if you do-it-yourself, you can be rank 5 inside of 5 seconds and have any number of rank point per level as long as you keep the total number below 999. so please to whoever is still operating this mod, just take this down and give every1 a free version of a .big file modifier and let them change their own **** with only slight modification.
