RA3 Undecided is a C&C Red Alert 3 Mod in which that New Units are added, Balance Changes are Made, and much more. RA3 Undecided was Created to make changes to allow the game to be balanced and enjoyable with new Units and ideas. I've felt like modding the last couple days and have been playing the mod a bit. I'm currently working on balancing the Factions' Navies. I will be releasing Version 1.04 (Eventually).
Changes will include Allied Navy Nerfs and Changes.
Changes to Soviet Navy Unknown at this point. Though the Bullfrog will be getting an Armor buff.
Changes to Japan Navy may include Locomotor Changes to Seawing for better response times and Range increase for the shogun battleship so that it is up to par with the dreadnought and Aircraft Carrier.
Any Suggestions are more than welcome. No need to restrict them to just the navies either. I am merely focusing on the navies this patch because I saw them as an unbalanced mess (mostly caused by our previous changes haha)

Yes, Yes we did skip 1.03 I was busy and the few times I wasn't I was feeling lazy so it never got uploaded.

The is the beta release of the mod. I don't know why this has to be 50 characters because the previous statement was all I wanted to say about the release...
i already told u this mod sucks and it always will b cause ther is no real idea behind it othe than making stong faction even stronger (which is really stupid) if you could you should atleast make some of ur own units or some sort of story to go with it and then people might this may be a good mod...

i don't know why or what but there's something about this mod i like...
hes already made the empire stronger than they were first and now has done the soviet so hes actually done more than u think as in my other comment i said that he should add new units and not ones from the expansion!!!

If you really want to be taken seriously, then you have to be serious about ALL aspects of modding - both graphical and gameplay. A "well thought out" game should at least look nice, and your presentation is considerably lacking.
note: use crt space to take away health bars, it might reduce the lagging.
i used to have terrible pc too.
Find a beta-tester with one of today's PCs.
But well... it changes nothing as far as it concerns modding... i.e. modelling... special effects... even texturing. Somebody, err, maybe "a resource tester" would be required then. O_o
