I'd call this an early WIP of the improved Red Alert 2 Soviet mission 02 Hostile Shore, but aside from a few trigger fixes here or there, a few missing strings, reworking the Allied base and at least four more easy-to-make surprises, it's done.

Or maybe not... so many things to fix...
