Quake 1.5 is a darkplaces addon mod for the original Quake. Utilizing Seven's SMC 5.30 as a base, it has been expanded to include new features such as weapons, gore, and plenty of level additions.

Description
A new limited lives gamemode for cooperative play (coop_life_pool 1) If all players run out of lives (server can set with coop_lives <x>) you restart the level from the beginning with whatever equipment you had when you entered
All players will get an extra life if one player finds a megahealth
