Finally version 1 of the Psionics Mutator is out the door and availiable for download. Note that like version 0.9, the psionics mutator runs off the unreal extension, meaning you must have the unrealextension.u/.ucl/.int files for it to run properly.

The Unreal Extension v1 (also released today) introduces the next version of the mutator, the xMutator, that adds some extra functionality the original didn't. Most noticably is the Client Mutator Config menu, a menu similar to the global one before you start a game, only it allows you to specify client side changes only.

Also availiable is the Source code from the website:

The source includes a radar mutator that runs off the xMutator as an example.
