This is the full source code for the psionics mutator version 1.0 for Unreal Tournament 2004. Just extract directly to your UT2004 folder on your computer.

Code is unchanged from Version 1.0 release and contains full commenting, although note the comments were changed post-version 1 build so compiling and using this version may cause compatibility errors with over multiplayer.
