That looks really awesome.. i just want to be able to walk around the whole inside of the Prometheus free roam style while its in space and while its on the ground preferably :D
You will have that oppurtunity to do so and also relax in the lifeboat lounge with adjustable lighting, your own custom music and your own custom art screen to soak in the atmosphere with, and of course there is also the adventure :)
One question: What ambiant audio background will you choose for the ship ?
Classic like in the beginning of the movie ? or sounds like "beep boop" ?
:D
It's a big ship and there will be areas that give off different ambience, closer to the engines you would hear the low roar and in other areas, some machinery, and atmospherics to set a mood, some subtle some more prominent. Ambient sounds are very important, just as with texturing and lighting too. whatever I can add from the movie I'll try and replicate,
so no goofy beep beeps if I can help it. :) and I also prefer ambient sounds over music tracks as those really kill the immersion factor. the custom music is different as you can play the piano synthisizer along with those.
:D sounds really great! Its probably impossible, but how awesome would it be to be on the ship while its landing on the planet, rocketing through the clouds, rain, and lightening.
