This is a dated, long ago abandoned mod. It's a really weird mix of Command & Conquer Tiberian Dawn (Simplified tech tree), Renegade-inspired assets, and vanilla game. There's very little genuinely new stuff, and the vanilla and custom older game inspired assets really clash in quality, not in favour of custom ones. Also there are way less units and strategies than in vanilla. While it's expected for an incomplete mod to lack in content, this one doesn't make up in any way, it's a downgrade.
