CHANGES
1) First of all, it's a Militia!
They will have old concept-art buildings and absolutely new vehicles.
Every new structure will be like in concepts
(excludes HQ, because there is no HQ concept-arts)

Militia now has new deadly super-weapon.
But main tactics are still rush and overwhelming enemy forces.

2) Sounds and units voices.
A lot of sounds are now returned from vanilla generals.
Almost all untits will have their unique monologs.

3) Old models fixin'
All bugged\lowpoly\crappy models will be fixed and upgraded.
For example China Battlemaster. Now it can be upgraded
with napalm shells and MG, ICBM now has new model, and etc.
5) Upgrades.
General's limit with 128 upgrades is now gone,
every upgrade is now like 2 upgrades!
6) New missions and maps.
Plenty of new MP and single maps, and new, unique campaign.
7) New civilian buildings!
There will be a lot of maps, with new civilian buildings (about 20)

So it is time to take a new feature for this mod.
I want to say this: 2 years many things have changed.

please help! when ever I try to play skirmish my base gets destroyed and not by the enemy team!
I have good maps that arnt online and would like to give them to project rapter.
I have tested the mod now with USA and i have found some problems:
1. Bradley is 2x bigger than paladin;
2. MLRS is 3x bigger than paladin;
3. Raptor is much bigger than other planes.
mind putting more ai ?????

I need help! I installed the PR 9.0, and started the game as normal. It did play but after some time in the menu, it crashes.
Never mind, it works. Just had to remove background scene in main menu
Парень, знай, твой мод меня очень впечатлил в плане графики. Те частицы, эфекты взрывов и т.д. МНОГО лучше смотрятся чем даже в Red Alert 3. Я ещё не встречал такого! Знай же я искренне жду от тебя того, что ты сделаешь этот мод произведением искусства. И я с удовольствием в него поиграю.
