I have taken the mod into a completely different direction, using some original ideas that I had, plus some of the content I had already pieced together with my first vision of the project. This is a bad thing because the scope and size of the mod has been considerably reduced, but the flip side is that it may actually be completed before the end of the year.

I thought about it, and I figured that I should try to release my project while people still care... the Oblivion modding community is slowly gaining momentum and it may or may not be long before Morrowind mods are rare to make and rare to download.

I'll try to have more information soon. I needed to give an update on the progress.

(I am not really looking for staff members at the moment, unless you can devote considerable time to the project. I don't expect anyone to give that kind of time to my mod as real life is non-interferable. It's hard enough for me to commit to something outside of my own personal interests, so I expect nothing more from everyone else. However, if for some magical reason you just really want to kill a summer and work on a mod, give me an email.)

If you're new to this mod, I'll quickly break down what to expect when it's available for download. Think "expansion pack" and then think "free download" and you got the gist of what I'm trying to offer.

Development has been steady since my last update. A ton of new content has been completed and some new features exclusive to this mod are under development. Unfortunately, I don't have the amount of help that I need so the release date is still going to be very late 2006. Have a look at the Help Wanted sections if you're interested in contributing. I need devoted and skilled writers as well as anyone with general knowledge of scripting/construction to assist. It's all a help when you can basis but if you are really interested and you think you could contribute a steady amount of content, send me an email.

Also I should note that I have posted some things in the download section that will probably only be interesting to people really looking forward to the mod. The first download is a set of splash screens that actually probably won't make it into the mod, but it's something simple I was experimenting with. The second download is from Adam Frechette and is an outstanding clip of music that I'm using as the main theme to the mod. If you like it please check out more of Adam's work.

Well that's all for now, expect another update in about a week. I may also have some more downloads that actually have something to do with gameplay in the upcoming 2 weeks. Thanks.
