Here is the latest news straight out of Metche. I couldn't have said any of it better myself soooo I will just paste it. :P

Metche:
"Me and lofa were talking the other night when suddenly the conversation stumbled into unknown territory. Below is a rather bl?z? and inaccurate reconstruction.

Lofa: "I think we need to set a release date. We really need to put something out to the community."

Metche (standing up abruptly): "What the hell do you mean, 'release date'? This mod has taken the best part of 3 years and youre talking release date?!"

Lofa (motions hands to calm down): "The community deserves to see something - damn it weve kept them waiting long enough - let's just release the first 4 object phases along with a demo map to test the water."

Metche (slowing taking her seat and sitting down): "I suppose that might work."

Before we all decend into our traditional 'OMG HDTP IS ALL DONE AND RELEASED!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!'

Only the first 4 OBJECT phases are being released along with a demo map. This will be the first release of probably 2 or 3 in total. This first release will NOT include characters (although we plan on chucking one in just as a demo). It will most likely not include weapons. It is ONLY OBJECTS FROM THE FIRST 4 PHASES - yes - i'll say it again - phases 1-4 only. It will be released as an easy self installing exe, how modern :D.
