Re-enter the Half Life Universe and revisit City 17 in the time before Freeman, in this fan made single-player mod. The Resistance is threatened by a decisive Combine assault, and as a wanted Resistance member you will need to fight to escape from the Combine's clutch. At the same time, a mysterious force is working towards ends unknown...
A great little side story to the main series with almost perfect level design, the use of shadow and witholding the lam was a great touch and all in all I only got lost/killed once when I got confused the rest were my fault.
The only bad point is the story being fleeting radio conversations and almost nothing else, something stronger/ perhaps the addition of 1-2 moe speaking characters would have helped.

This mod is absolutely superb. The level design is quite diversified and creative, to my opinion at least as good as the original hl2 and addons. The difficulty is well balanced, it's challenging, but not frustrating.

Short and Sweet. The zombie parts scared me a little, considering the fact you get no flashlight. Very polished and the voice acting isn't half bad. It's worth a download.
Authors not have to reinvent the wheel and offer clear certified gameplay of original Half-Life series. Excelent work.

This mod is just awesome. Great story line, good puzzles, intense action. The only thing I was annoyed at was the fight with the hunter, and how the hunter kept healing itself with the different energy pads? on the ground. I didn't realise there were so many, and by the time the hunter found them all i ran out of ammo....
Regardless of that, I greatly enjoyed this mod and would love for the Precursor team to create another mod!
Even with minimal amount of exposition and simplistic use of voice overs through radio communications, this mod manages to stay exciting with its great map design that adds a sense of urgency to navigating a combine occupied city and zombie infested sewers.
Very good, short and sweet. Decent challenge, and the design does justice to Valve and its game.
One problem: Long load times (although the levels are long) and lag spikes I had when dying, particularly towards the end. (won't say what makes the end special)
