Portal: Ratman Stories is a fan-made mod for Portal, featuring Aperture Science employee Doug Rattmann (known from the Portal 2 Comic) as protagonist. Featuring an original storyline, the player embodies Doug and lives through his fate, starting the day of GLaDOS' activation and ending after the storyline of Portal.

Some the logic and stuff shown in this video is pretty good, but you REALLY need to work on your mapping and lighting skills - the map is ugly.

I know. Mapping and lighting isn't my strong(est) suit. But to demonstrate the logic was the primary purpose of the video.
