Yes, this is an add-on an not a mod. Please remove it from the mod section and add it in the game section under Portal under add-on.
Can't I just leave it here? I don't want to get it authorized all over again. Besides, I think of it as a mod because it replaces something in the game, it does not add on to it.
replacment is an addon.. a modification are usually a bigger scale modifications such as mappacks, campaigns.. etc.
