My PC broke and now i can't make the game start, so to not lose the entire mod, i'm releasing this "final version" unfinished. I can't do alone everything i've planned for the mod and i still have to fix this Vic II bug, so for now... The mod is abandoned.

I found bug where half of nations have their primary culture set as nonculture, is there way to fix it.
