It's Christmas Eve and Dinky is pissed. After returning home from his last adventure, Dinky discovers that his family have (once again) been kidnapped by the forces of evil. A mysterious trail of toys, tinsel, and wrapping paper leads into the night. Enraged and with nothing to lose, Dinky heads out to save his family from a grizzly (yet seasonal) demise... Coming Christmas 2007!

Description

So Penguins, even though not native to the north pole, were a big thing in the original Polar Payne. One concept I tried, but didn't include was the idea of 'exploding' penguins, that would run up to you and blow up. It was a neat idea, but I couldn't balance it properly. Also, we had problems getting the models to work with the max payne skeleton.

This time however, I wanted to bring them back - with a vengeance. So we have 3 flavours of Killer Penguin - exploding, flying, and worker drones. The worker drones work in Santa's toy factory, breaking up perfectly good toys for no reason. The flying ones are equipped with exploding snowballs and a machine gun. The exploding penguins are pretty self explanatory. Concept art by Wei Wang.
