It's an absolutely amazing mod! I've played it at pretty much every medium-sized LAN party I've been to.
That said, it's true that I don't play it day-to-day, but then again, I'm not much of a MFP(S) player.

Wow, this took so ridiculously long that I had thought further development on the mod entirely abandoned. These guys are going at a pace that would do honors to the release of Duke Nukem Forever.
And Newbez while what they have released with pvk is pretty darn good there are a good number of mods out there that match the polish and are a lot more feature complete.
Not really harshing PVK but you should consider finding some of them. There is a lot to miss out on if nothing you've tried compares to pvkii.

Damn, I was waiting for the "Sniper" since PVK II came out! ^^. My favorite class in the first PVK, loved to gib enemies from distance, it was really fun.
I suppose with this update the end of a important milestone is near, as with this only the man at arms remain to be implemented, so I suppose the real innovation will start after that (New Classes listed on the Website, which isn't updated at the time of writing this ^^U).
Another thing I would like to see is a kind of "classic" mode, which would let you experience of the first one with the improved things of this one, such as the adrenaline special abilities. How it would be? In my opinion it would be great to have toggeable "simple melee"(As not everyone would like it), with big weapons and powder guns gibbing at dead (hilarious in my opinion xD), Uberjumps when shoot on the feet by an arrow (I think this was already there in this one, but not sure) and well, some remake of a classic map, like that one with a castle and the forest outside that had the early betas too (of the original one I mean)
All this would be great to comemorate the implementation of the all the original classes, and, alongside some kind of smart bots, could give a great boost to this great mod.
PD: I'm sure some people in bots-united wouldn't mind in lend a hand in that task ;).
The new class is op. Runs faster or as fast as most other classes with a machine gun pistol. Pretty bad update.
Horrible update, the only reason I actually re downloaded is because I thought the Man At Arms was in this one. He wasn't. And I agree that the new class is OP.
