Basically The Mod Adds A New Faction In To The Wasteland Called The 'Phoenix'
The Phoenix Are A Special Group Of Vault Dwellers Who Are Not Widely Known Throughout The Mojave, Only By A Select Group Of Traders And Caravans And Of Course Caesar's Legion Who Want The Vast Technology Contained Within The Prototype 'Vault Mk.II'
There Will Be Many New Missions Involving Many Other Factions In The Wasteland Mainly NCR, Legion, The Boomers And The BOS. Both Open Combat And Diplomacy Will Feature In Phoenix Rising.
