hey there, love the mod but quick question: got 0.8 off the steam workshop, did I miss a patch? and are you guys permanently removing the starting quest? (with the merchant)

perisno is by far the best m&b mod out there. I'm so hyped for giants and customizable troops. Those redwood elves won't know what hit 'em!

yeah, those dwarves wont know what stomped them, the elves are a little shorter than giants but not that much

This is the way im doing it on Windows 7: Go to documents then press Mount&Blade; Warband and go into your rgl_config file. Then scroll down to battle_size and change it there.

Did that and I only see "0.0000000000" that doesn't really tell me anything. And if you're talking about " rgl_config file" in the Perisno folder, can't find it.

Press your windows icon in your bottom left. Then press documents (one of the categories on the right of the little box that pops up) then mount and blade warband and after that press rgl_config and scroll down to battle_size. So DON'T go into steam-steamapps-common-mountandbladewarband-modules-perisno-rgl_config - it doesn't exist. Pls tell me if it helped.

Can't say you're right. I haven't seen any low quality armor. The only thing that was better in 0.7 were the elven faces. Now they look even worse. Can't force myself to marry the Princess :/

Well can't say she was pretty but I can't say she's any better :D

they might be huge in numbers but most of their units are weak. if u want to beat them fast and with few losses use a combo of archers/cav.
as for the map taking dont worrie about it they lose it fast again.
even on hard mode they seem a bit weak.

go to the market area and in the left side there's a place with houses. You can find a Visavo? and talk to him. You just need enough renown and he'll give you a task.

how did you even get in there, I thought I was wearing the right gear but maybe I am not.

Just attack a third legion patrol and equip the armor you loot. You don't need a full set a helmet and a chestplate are enough.

After liberating the outpost for Visavo, and going into the market to check out what everyone has, there is no way to leave the outpost. You can't use "Tab" to leave, it just says "Cannot leave now", and there are no doors/boundaries that you can press "F" to leave on. The only one is through that really long tunnel behind where you first enter the area.

But you can't get back there once you jump down off that house to get into the outpost. So while you can buy stuff, the only way i was able to leave the first time (when i acquired the quest from Visavo) was to go to the bard and use the "teach me a poem" bit to automatically make me exit. But now that i've learned the poem, i can't find a way to leave...
