It's really pity to see that you didn't keep the comic style as in your previous version, but I'm gonna try it out anyways, because the first game was really addicting. :D

NullSoldier Aug 9 2009, 1:13pm says:

Why would you ever want mouse only controls? Thats very unintuitive for PC gamers. Why would you change from your tried and true method that you had before? Is there any chance you'll release a patch to allow people to use the older controls?

My biggest question is why would you force users to use the new controls instead of include the possibiliy to use both new and old??

Could you please release the FGD for Perfect Stride? I'd love to make a few maps for it.

SinKing Aug 11 2009, 7:51am says:

I don't know where the front is. Instead of turn left it seems to strafe left, or right. I kept on bumping into walls and slowed down. Had big problems getting a grasp of the control and I found no way to change them in the way Dave suggests.
Nice in theory, but not yet nice to play (at least not for me)

For those of you complaining about controls:
bind "a" "+left"
bind "d" "+right"
bind "SPACE" "+jump"

With the new controls I was way faster than before and the old maps got easier for me. No idea why people are complaining. They probably just haven't figured out the new control scheme.
