Nope >.> Built after the Isreal olympian incedent kause the german GSG teams couldn't pick of the terrorists fast enough to prevent them from being massacered :P
there was NO GSG team at the incidet...the GSG9 was formed after the incident

Correct the H&K PSG-1 is a marksman weapon built for the GSG9 counter terror unit, it has been widley exported and serves in a DM role in almost 15 countries. Its fires the 7.62X51mm round, and 93% of the weapon is compatible with the G3A3 battle rifle, its parent.
