For the rcord I'm not a COD noob but is that the shot gun from COD4 because it kind of looks like it.
Nope, M1014 and Benelli M4 are from cod 4 ;)
I meant the other one. The pump action one.
The other one is the W1200, a winchester shotgun ;)

Yeah, you just said the names of two of the same shotgun (m4 and m1014). Except in regards to W1200, that is actually one of the two shotguns from cod 4
M1014 and Ben. M4... Aren't they one and the same?
Fore the record the M-1014 formally known as the XM-1014 is a semi automatic 6+1 round shotgun and was 1st used I believe as the auto shotty in Counter strike. They only recently started to call the production models M4s. The Older M3 model is a pump action 8+1 round shotgun that also have a secondary semi auto ability.
