You're not alone. But I'm okay with it, in fact I'd say it's a nice feature, makes you be more careful.

Well if you lose all painkiller after the last stand it just means that it works as it should and as it's written in the features overview.
It's both a necessity and an improvement, the code works only if I remove all painkillers, and this way you are forced to actually use the painkillers as painkillers, and not as "lives".

Ah ok then, I tought it was a bug that was just happening to me. Another thing that I realized is when you try to shoot an explosive barrel or gallon, the shots seems to hit the closest enemy to it. I liked the voice of Max when you pickup a painkiller, it is just the Max Payne 3.

Silver any chance to create a way to pickup ammo for guns that you already have without press the pickup button, just walking over it for example? Sometimes there are some other weapons closer to the ammo and the character ends picking up another guns also and replacing my current weapon.

Nope, sadly. I've tried to find a workaround for weeks, but there's no way to let you pickup only the ammo of your current weapons, it's either all or none. Blame the MP2 engine though, the cause of this and a lot of other bugs is that it's simply not made for a limited inventory, there isn't even a command to remove a weapon from your inventory, this should give you an idea of the huge work that I had to do to achieve this limited inventory system...

Why does the MP5 or MPK have a FPS view when I press the scope button? :( Shouldn't it at least have an iron sight or scope... not a hip shooting FPS pose?

It's an welcome feature. Instead of the plain old black circle with a dot :)
And again you have to take into measure it's a decade old game, so it kinda limits the stuff you can do.
Obviously it would've been cool if it were animated, but again limitations.
I'll take this anyday over your suggested ironsight or the regular scope.

It's just an add-on. Or it could be possible to help you in the sniping sequence with Mona, as I personally didn't like the Mini-30 in this mod much.

Hip shooting in the first person perspective is a really bad idea for helping you aim...
In Max Payne 3... every time you aim with a scope or attachment... you realistically aim in FPS view...
... just like this...

MPK iron sights will look a lot like this...

It's one year that you go on "suggesting" me to make the mod suit your tastes, in all this time instead of being annoying you could have simply used your brain combined with your hands to make the changes you want by yourself, you would be surprised of how much one could learn about modding in one year, you could have even started your own mod (and started facing all the limitations and compromises I had to face), but we all know that is easier to grumble to the others instead of doing things by themselves.
So I've already said this many times, but now I'm really REALLY tired of you, please stop with this attitude, it's not the first time that various people tells this to you, from now on your "suggestions" will be worthless because I will just move on as soon as I see your username.

As far as i remember the tools doesnt need to have the the game installed.
You can extract all files yourself, and if im not mistaken redirect maxed to use a specific folder as database.

I'm surprised at the things you were able to do with the Original Engine, and how you were able to get a functioning bullet time system and gun handling system like that of Max Payne 3. I like the little things in the mod, like how you can drink bottles of Kong Scotch and have that 'drunk' effect. Also how Max has periodical flashbacks in certain situations. The "Dead man Walking" feels just like Arcade mode in MP3, and that you took bits from other mods you made like Payne Effects 3 and Max Payne…
