I forgot to say that the amount of bugs can be related to the performance of the pc, the better you can run the mod the less bugs you will find. The 10 years old engine is pushed to its limits and will skip or miss some code if your framerate isn't high enough, so as always a good pc is reccomended.

The bugs for me don't seem to be related to the power of the computer. I have a decently powerful PC that runs quite a few modern games at a full 60+ fps though I still experience quite a few bugs. It seems to be a much deeper problem.

Mine too and:

1.Never had this, none of the various betatesters had it, it seems to be a much deeper problem of your pc.
2.Maybe reading the Readme or the Release Announcement or the Features List article will "fix" this "bug". ;)
3.Same as 1.
4.I know, and it can't be fixed sadly, sometimes the engine refuses to make you play an animation or to correctly register a bullethit (the trigger of the takedown).
5.Other testerst never reported this, mine takes less than 30 seconds for a cold start (even less after I close the game a restart it), so see reply 1.
6.Same as 1.

So at the end I can't fix what noither me nor the other testers encounter, surely I can't fix the engine faults, so look at the mod as a bunch of features that are worth their unfixable downsides. :P

1. Because none of your betatesters had it doesn't suddenly mean it's not an issue.
2.I didn't know replacing other weapons than its supposed to replace was a feature.
3.Again because your betatesters haven't experienced it doesn't mean it's not an issue you should look into

5.It also may mean that the files you zipped up are less properly optimized than your own personal ones.
6.Again another issue that just because betatesters hadn't reported it doesn't mean it's not an issue to look into.

1.I haven't modified the levels, nor I modified any graphic feature of the base engine, so there's nothing I can look at, there's no reason for random framerate drops aside of the end user pc performace.
2.I can't "fix" your lack of reding skills, if you refure to read the part where it says that the 38 Revolver is supposed to stay there and that you can only replace the other handgun it's not my problem.
3.I've cheched the whole code more times, if it says to add ammo and it doesn't on your pc there's nothing more I can do, the engine hates you or your pc doesn't run the game fast enough, again this is the only reasonable cause of this kind of problems.
5.The files that I've zipped are exactly the ones I was using, anyway I've deleted them from my pc and re-downloaded the mod to be sure that everything was uploaded properly so I'm using the very same files that you've download, again there's only one reasonable explanation.
6.Same as 3, the code is simple enough, the only reason that could "break" it is that the engine can't run it fast enough on your machine, so what I can do on my side to "fix" this?

I'm surprised at the things you were able to do with the Original Engine, and how you were able to get a functioning bullet time system and gun handling system like that of Max Payne 3. I like the little things in the mod, like how you can drink bottles of Kong Scotch and have that 'drunk' effect. Also how Max has periodical flashbacks in certain situations. The "Dead man Walking" feels just like Arcade mode in MP3, and that you took bits from other mods you made like Payne Effects 3 and Max Payne…
