This third version of my Payne Effects mod is totally new, with new spectacular unique effects and with lot of key features that will drammatically change the original gameplay.
Everything is created to improve the original feel of the game without loosing the Max Payne signature.

Here's the v1.5 FINAL FULL release of the Payne Effects 3 mod for Max Payne 2 made by The Silver! It includes a lot of bugfixes, some performance tweaks, new expansions, new features, new musics and a lot more! So I suggest to everyone to download the final version of this stunning mod, there are a lot of new awesome features ready to be discovered.

Ok guys I understood the problem with the download, blame the new GameFront download country bans, basically if you don't live in one of their "loved" countries they will prevent you from downloading from their servers, here's the information: Moddb.com
So as you can see this bunch of ******** almost deliberately cut out a shitload of users preventing them from enjoying all these free mods and stuff, this is why I'm going to upload the final mod on a filesharing site and spread the link everywhere I can, pointing out to download from there instead of ModDB, and so GameFront, so they will not make any money from ads about free mods as they do now through your views and downloads.
NOW THE REAL QUESTION IS:
Can you suggest me a filesharing site in which I can upload and download a file of around 700Mb for free from every country without intrusive ads and other crap?
My first choice would have been MediaFire since I already have an account and many files there but with a free account I can only upload a file of maximum 200Mb, and as you can see the final version of my mod is around 707Mb.

With Mediafire allow you upload the file in 200mb/time.So my solution is you use the winrar or 7zip and make a 4 part to download, i'm alway do like that to upload a big file.

yep fresh reinstall did the trick , mustve messed up my old payne install with some old mods back then ,thanks and epic mod!

umm when i try to load max payne 2 with your 1.5 full final release it crashes max payne 2, this is what i get

I'm sorry but there's nothing to fix, I don't know why this message appears on your machine, it reports an error about something that is correct instead, I just checked the uncompiled mod again and it's ok, also on my pc and the other pc where I tested the final mod there's no problem, so since for now you're the only one reporting this error I can only assume that there's something wrong on your side, my advice is to play with the video options, try every combination of every detail, if it still doesn't work try to uninstall MP2 and delete its folder completely, then reinstall it and install only my mod, if it still doesn't work patch the game to version 1.01 and retry, good luck. :)
