This is a Beta Version of Pax Americana. I hope you enjoy it, please provide feedback, your opinion and any criticism to help with development. If you would like to help with the mod either with contributing or joining the Dev team send me a PM and we can sort things out.
This will be the last patch before 1.0, in which the focus of the mod will switch to Europe.
Prior to installing if you have a older version of Pax Americana go to your documents/paradox interactive/hearts of iron III/pax americana folder.
Delete the Graphics,Logs and Map folder.
To Install the mod:
1) Extract the ZIP to you HOI3/tfh/mod/ folder
2) Run the Hearts Of Iron 3 launcher, check mark Pax Americana and launch the game
Note: This mod and many HOI3 mods do not work on MAC unless ran on a VM running Windows.
If you don't have Podcat's TFH.exe, please download it here Drive.google.com It's a modifier hoi3_tfh.exe that allows the game to use more RAM. The mod won't run without it as it exceeds the ~2GB limit of the vanilla EXE. Just replace the old hoi3_tfh.exe, it wont cause any issues with the vanilla game or other mods.
New to Pax Americana?
Changelog:
-The Philippines is missing from the map. The provinces are "non-existent."
-While fixing this issus i also realized that in the menu (save game, volume, video settings and etc) almost everything was white font on a white background
So it was impossibile to read anything. Thats been fixed.
-Mountain Infantry aren't unlocked by the 'Mountain Infantry' tech and existing OOB ones lack any tech.
-AFV Infrared' and 'Adaptive Camo' tech need mechanized and armoured battalions added to them.
-the 'GPS' tech is completely missing from the 'Electronics' tab making certain tech that requires that one unavailable.
-Airborne Artillery and Commando units, which numerous countries have attached to their paratroopers, cause CTD if you try to move them into a separate unit to delete them. Easily avoidable if you just move the paratroopers themselves but those two units lack any tech and counter as well.
-Separating Infantry Mortars has caused CTD as well.
-Numerous countries have an issue when opening the military commander select screen. The bottom part of the screen (unassign, no leader, etc buttons) is covered up by the leader list.
-If brigades are going to have multiple battalions in them (which I love and support), the unit viewer should be extended so you don't have to scroll all the time to see them. I believe the DWI mod does this if you need to get an idea how to do it.
-The map in general has some shadow issue with the Americas over-layed across Europe and Africa.
-Albania and croatia added to nato
-Montenegro and Kosovo no longer part of Serbia
-Fixed a lot of minor bugs i was to lazy to write down
-Iran will finally stop allying people and getting involved with ISIS
-Saudi Arabia will now go to war With Houthi rebels, i blocked the border with them so the AI has to use ships to transport troops in Yemen.
-Began work on Gulf Co-Operation Council, not sure where im headed with this but it adds some flavor.

-Added 145 randomly generated leaders for Saudi Arabia, now a total of 318 leaders (many BlakIce Middle Eastern Portraits used & vanilla ones)

-If Al Raqwah was captured ISIS would surrender, this would lead to the Syrian Rebels annexing half of Iraq & Syria if they got lucky. Fixed i hope.

Hey, I appreciate the work you're doing with this mod, but I'm having a problem with it. I downloaded it, then enabled it in the launcher, but when I go into a custom game there are just the default starts, as if the mod wasn't there.
The mod doesn't support custom games. Use the default bookmark that i believe is called road to war.
Alright, did that, still getting the default 1936 start unfortunately. Absolutely nothing has changed. I have all the expansions, I have put it into the mod folder, and in the Hearts of Iron folder in Documents there's a folder with the name,and a few sub folders, but there's hardly anything in them.
Make sure you are placing the mod in hoi3/tfh/mod not hoi3/mod.
What is your games checksum without mods?

Yes i have the complete collectors edition with all three. Bro, i did read ur description that why I'm asking the question... So, i download, then extract, then it just creates a folder with all the extracted stuff, but i can't extract it to the HOI 3 app. Thats my problem. Thanks
What do you mean by hoi3 app?
All you need to do is extract the Pax Americana folder and Pax Americana.mod to hearts of iron 3/tfh/mod.
Navigate back to the hearts of iron 3 folder and open the "Launcher.exe" that comes with hoi3. Then double click Pax Americana so there's a check box and click play/launch

It didn't work. Unfortunately, ill have to move ur work to the trash. Pity, because looks good.
Managed somehow, but impossible to fullscreen and whole map is black....
Interesting, someone else is having the same issue. I wonder if it's MAC exclusive. Also what is the checksum when you run Pax Americana?

The game crashes during the loading screen.
I get to "quad [random number]" and then the game crashes.
I have extracted the mod to the hoi3/tfh/mod and I am not using a MAC. I have all of the expansions.
What's your vanilla checksum? It believe it should be GSKH.

A lot of countries seem to have their ministers bugged: a lot of them have NO_MINISTER as head of state, and when you go in-game, they tend to be the wrong ones. (George Bush as president in 2015, for example)
The base mod YAMDAM is based in 2003 and thus the majority of countries have 2003 politicians and etc.
We are currently developing the middle East and will move onto Europe in 1.0.
The mod is still in beta.
Downloaded and extracted to hoi3/tfh/mod and worked fine. Started a game as USA but there are no ministers. Did the usual first day setup and played 1 hour then saved the game.
