Where is PainKeep 3.0?

The last bug I know of is fixed.
All I really need to do is run one last "idiot check."

A full install / win client run + server connect.
Just to make sure I miss nothing obvious.

There are still bugs.

Lately theater work slowed me down.
It is amazing how a small interruption
to your routine can throw things off.
