Over-Run

Over-Run is a Half Life 2 zombie modification. We hope to make this different from other zombie mods. This is our updated list of features.
We plan to have at least 3 of the game modes in for the final release.
Here is what we plan for the Alpha/ Beta release.
Over-Run Mode: In this mode all players will be on the human team. They will be fighting against zombie AI controlled bots. These bots will try and hunt the players down and kill them.
The players have a certain amount of time to survive for and then they win. But if they get killed off they lose.
Some features for the Alpha/ Beta build.
- Walking zombies.
- Possibly a vehicle
- Alot of gore, increased blood splats, blood clouds.
Gibbing will hopefully be added in the future.
- Doom 3 style Flashlight
- Over 50 weapons!
- At least 5 charecters for Alpha/ Beta. We have concepts for 12 charecters though.
- Radio that plays in vehicles or you can play it where you want.
- Walkie talkies are used for communications.

Hey everybody.
Long time no speak.
Well first off, Over-Run is still alive. We are moving slowly along. We have lost alot of members, but gained some new ones.
Anyway, last month I was approacted by the magazine PC Games and PC Action, they wanted to put Over-Run in the mod for a preview thing. Even though it is only a small section about it, they said they want to do a full interview once the mod is nearly complete.
Onto other things, 42 of the 50 weapons are completed. Some need animations and UVs and such. Mapping is going good. Rocket_Robinhood is working on or_Mall and Ande has started a new map called or_Disco.
We are animating weapons too and just moving along. However, coding is very slow.
So if you are a coder please drop by. Also we are looking for charecter animators if you are interested.
Well, we will have a media release sometime, just remember, we are always alive, just slowly working along.

OK guys our downloadable wallpaper pack is there. Please tell me what you think of the wallpapers.
If you don't mind another idea here it is body protection. In most zombie movies one bite will turn you in to one of them. If I were going out to do battle with undead I would put on some protection that they can't bite through like a tactical vest, flack vest or worst case senerio football pads. Just any thing you can find around the house that could make the difference beteen have a good day or a bad one.
About every firearm today has different type of ammo you can buy for them such as the normal lead ones to the good old hallow points. Now lets take the normal pistol the standard rounds work good but you your sepcial hallow point and put some really big holes in the zombie skulls. The same thing goes of shotgun shells there are avariety of different tyes such as buck shot and slugs. Some of these ideas may not be so great but I''l keep thinking
