Is the animation time adjustable so you can time it with any length of animation?

OpenRA already features some degree of adjusting with "Ticks" in Sequences. In Desolator's case, it now uses proper weapon firing code in deploy mode, which was unsupported.

Description

Now it acts more like RA2 desolator, where the fire animation is played only at "desolating" action. Sound, damage and animations 100% synced now!
