HEV recharger from Half-Life 1
- brushmodel
- light-glow: additional overlay-texture
- usually theres no way to trigger anything (like additional sounds, gfx, etc.) directly by using the charger himself, so ATM I am not able to get him fully functional (e.g. switching overlay-textures, toggle green/red lights, etc.)

That's not theres. Its taken from the PS2 version. Arrange Mode (Arrangement is mostly stolen content, at least these guys made an effort)
