nice long video. it looks pretty awesome.
those vent covers in the beginning ought to be func_doors that just swing or slide out of the player's way. and you can make them non-solid so the player does not collide with them.
the Combine lights that turn on suddenly...ought to turn on only after the player has rounded the train crash and seen the yellow flames behind the train, otherwise he might run backwards into the train and look for a non-existent weapon when the lights turn on.
the lighting in the bunker is odd. you have props that are self-illuminated but there are no light entities to accompany them.

I noticed that there are a few places in which Russian(?) is written or spoken in the demo. Will there be an English translation to these after the games release?
