As far as the animation goes the head really wants to pull back a little bit at the start to go with the deep inhale at the start of the roar.

Please do not be too haste and harsh when viewing this. This is exceptionally early on in the development of the dinosaurs. We are also currently working on an updated model for the T-Rex that will allow us to attach the skeleton much more efficiently as well as up the ante of the material texture!
