The game takes place in the eve of the Seven Hour War. Fighting against blood shedding synths and frightening aliens, Adrian Shephard has to struggle his way with his fellow comrades from the Phoenix Command, with the main objective of stopping the construction of a Combine Citadel. In his journey he will find what has happened to the world, moments before the Seven Hour War.

it doesn't look "just like the black mesa one". it's a pipe wrench. they all look alike and this was modeled off a real life one.
but anyway, yeah, we're bringing a few more OF1 weapons along with our own.

Can you elaborate? What shouldn't be baked? What is unoptimized?
I optimized it pretty aggressively though it might just be hard to tell from the wires. The only thing I wish I could do differently is to actually model the text, but obviously that's not really an option given that the polycount would skyrocket.
Although this looked almost like a real life one, has this been textured and rendered in HD?
I textured at 2048x2048 but it will shrink down just fine. There wouldn't really be a perceivable difference if it were halfed.
