The game takes place in the eve of the Seven Hour War. Fighting against blood shedding synths and frightening aliens, Adrian Shephard has to struggle his way with his fellow comrades from the Phoenix Command, with the main objective of stopping the construction of a Combine Citadel. In his journey he will find what has happened to the world, moments before the Seven Hour War.
That actually looks really good, better than op4's original
But is it really brighter? I feel like I could see just as much without the nightvision. Can you have a screenshot in a pitch black room? Coming along quite nice otherwise!
well it's a LOT brighter but yeah, i'll upload a screenshot in a pitch black room later on.
But Nightvision doesn't make rooms brighter, it reinforces light. NV doesn't work in a pitch black room, neither does it lit the way.
but this is a game, not real life. :P
Technically it does. It picks up UV lights and Infrared, the light our eyes can't.
I have no idea what I was thinking with this comment. This is obviously brighter.
Don't know why,but I thought the title says OP:New Vegas :P
It's quite simple. New Vegas is awesome. Case closed.
looking pretty damn sexy
Heck yes!
Wow, all the detail pops out with the nightvision.
Pretty sure it's just the same nighvision with a recolor and some black borders (whatever its called) but it still looks fantastic.
...not really. it's mostly shader based.
yeah, release a split-screen mode like in L4D and Portal2!
To be honest, I would rather settle for a flashlight than Night Vision. But that's just me, I usually find it harder to spot enemies in NV than without. And a flashlight makes things more intense.
Though this night vision does look better than what it does in many games, and of course NV was in the original Opposing Force as well. Good job.
