2 Distinct Night Vision Goggles

Description
We now have two very distinct night vision goggles. One is a russian surplus that is very cheap but does not deal with bright lights well. The second is a state of the art ground panoramic night vision system but is expensive. We will be adding more balance features to these items as well.

Hmmm... realistically, does the GP NVG have a wider field of view? One way to balance these out is to add a strong vignette around the screen while using the Russian NVGs.
We were working on that but ran into problems due to insurgency limitations. Currently we can do an overlay, but it doesn't toggle when the nvg toggles. We may release it like that though, at least for testing.
tldr: yes, there will be different vignettes for each of these, but they may not toggle.
