This mod is being made for those who love stargate and would like an rpg game from it, it is not a total conversion, but just a small mod which adds the ability to travel to different worlds through a stargate placed somewhere in Cyrodill. Among these new worlds will be things from several different fictional universes, including Battlestar Galactica and Doctor Who. One that will in no way, shape or form be introduced into my mod is Star Trek, so dont waste your time or mine asking for that. Having said that, please request any specific armour, clothing, weapons etc. that you would like in the forums.

This mod will be for Oblivion and Fallout: New Vegas, the page for the New Vegas version will be separate but I will not create it till the game has been released and I have started progress with it. Both mods will be worked on at the same time as both use the same models, textures, sounds and lore.

Progress Checklist:-

Stargate:-
[X] Models (Majority now complete)
[0] Texturing (some testing but none finished yet)
[0] Implementation (started)
[0] Stargate scripts (learning but may need help here)
[0] New World (one will be in the first release)
[0] NPC's (including new creatures and enemies, some allies too)

[0] Expansion Worlds (these will be released one at a time and will not require any of the others, just the base of the mod as it has all the models etc and will be the biggest download).

Doctor Who Expansion:-
[X] Tardis (several interiors and exteriors have been modelled and roughly textured)
[0] Implementation (Not beginning till Stargate is finished)
[X] NPC's (Daleks modelled, Sontarans are being worked on and Cybermen are being redesigned slightly as I am not happy trying the current series design)
[0] Misc Items (Sonic Screwdriver, weapons, armour/clothing, etc being worked on)

Star Wars Expansion:-
[0] Models/texturing (many being worked on currently)
[0] NPC's (Simple enough, mostly human but may introduce other species if I learn how to do it properly)
[0] Worlds (several will be added after the first one, this will work similar to the stargate new worlds but will require both Stargate Base and Star Wars Expansion)

Battlestar Galactica Expansion:-
[X] Models/texturing (not much here so it didnt take long)
[0] Implementation (this will be done like the other expansions, after the originial Stargate version is complete)
[0] NPC's (Only human and maybe cylons if I get the models rigged to skeletons etc)

Starship Expansion:-
[X] Models/texturing (Almost complete)
[0] Implementation (Can only be done after Stargate Basic is complete)

To make it clear since nobody seems to read any previous comments before asking a stupid question, this mod is NOW for Oblivion, the uploaded version was for Morrowind. Ive only left the Morrowind version there for people that want to download it again. If anyone comments asking what game this mod is for again, I will not reply and will also delete their comment.

New images coming at some point this weekend! I wont let loose what they will be till I release them, mainly because I have no idea what to include yet, but they will definately have several that are finished being textured or in the process of being textured.

I will say that most of them will be models from the Doctor Who expansion as Im getting bored of constantly working on the Stargate models. I may include a couple Battlestar Galactica models too depending on if they are up to a standard which I can show.

Ive tried searching google and got nowhere with this so lets see if anyone will actually respond this time.

I am wondering if it is possible to set a short video on a loop as a texture, this is for multiple things but mainly the event horizon of the Stargate, at the moment it is just a solid blue colour till I figure out what Im doing with it but I have seen on a stargate modders resource one with an animated event horizon but tbh it looked horrible. If I cant use a video Im just going to have to look into the modders resource gate to figure out how he got the texture to animate.

Im actually beginning to think just editing that gate might be much easier and quicker...

Thanks, Im still doing little details and stuff to the tardis interiors, just doesnt look right yet, should have some new images of them soon though. I have a few other models which are complete and can be shown but Im just going to show them all at once rather than releasing them as I do them.

Interiors is plural, as in more than one, thinking of wether or not to let you choose the exterior too...Tennant is obviously the default as the new one wont be in it, too much work to put into the walls and stuff, wheras tennant was just a dome with fancy struts lol, odds are there will only be a couple of designs to begin with, all will be the same basic shape so I can use the same containers as not to cause any problems when changing between them.

Its going well, would release an update but really havent got anything visual to show and the story hasnt changed or been added to yet really.

Only difference is how the buildable village will work, each building will have a level and depending on that level will look different as though its being added to, the main building (city hall) will be where the main style of the city and tax rates etc will be controlled.

Thats all thats been decided with that so far, other than the list of which buildings will be able to be built and how levelling them up will help. Which is pretty obvious, upgrade the quarry and you get more stone, upgrade the barracks and the guards are tougher with more of them, simple.

Well if I may say this does seem very ambitious, almost downright looney. But I like that. How are you planning to fit SGC/Tollan/Gou'ald in it? Because I know my friend would scream like a little girl if he heard we got Teal'c as a companion (or Teal'c: Private Eye).

I know several full grown manly men who would scream like schoolgirls if they got tealc as a companion, considering this is already available on the TESNexus I will not be doing it. Tollan, may play a part, SGC doesnt exist and Goa'uld will be among the many enemies you meet. Although some changes over the past couple weeks have had me reconsidering some things. I am about to release a news post now detailing whats been happening so have a look when its out.
