About 4-6ft. Head is about 1-2ft large and the arms and legs make up for the rest.

its obvious that the combine somehow have relations with xen, since they love headcrab shelling everyone so it would be cool to see the mother headcrab bitch from HL1 come back or maybe drone sized monsters like from the movie aliens as headcrabs?
Pretty cool but it shouldn't be called a ninja.
"Ninja" is just an example of it's personality. Not like 'Theif' but more towards the stealth techniques and fighting styles.
