Here's a bit of a rundown of what we've got going so far...
LOCATION: Newly Annexed Canada, or the Canadian Wasteland. (Previously Ontario area)
PLOT: The Lone Wanderer finds himself deep in Newly Annexed Canada. (Now the Canadian Wasteland) While wondering these snowy wastes the Lone Wanderer comes across the makeshift "Capital" of the Canadian Wastes, New Owen Sound (Up for change). This Capitol however, is not all good. The leaders are corrupt and power is shifting constantly. The Lone Wanderer is the only possible savior of New Owen Sound, and every decision he makes leads to the outcome of the Capital. Shall he side with one power, take control over the Capital himself, or just obliterate New Owen Sound completely? The choice is up to you.

I am very interested in this. I understand large-scale Fallout mods often take a lot of time, but any progress images would not go unappreciated. ;)

snow textures used in anchorage allow their effort to be cut in half.
theres snow textures in fallout new vegas as well.
