Operation: Firestorm is an enhancement mod for C&C Generals: Zero Hour. This mod currently features 8 unique playable Generals each with a huge arsenal of new units, buildings and special powers ar their disposal. While the core gamplay stays the same, a number of interesting new gameplay mechanics are added. In addition the overall visual quality is greaty improved, including new models, textures, FX and an improved User-Interface, available in full-HD resolution.
The Missile Site replaces both the AT Gun and the Stinger Site for Dr. Thrax, serving as his primary defence structure. While it provides more firepower than its counterparts, it cannot aquire both ground and air targets at the same time. Instead, its missiles need to be manually switched to change it's configuration to Anti-Air or Anti-Tank.

how will bots switch this modes? or better to ask IF they will switch them?
I guess they won't, they'll most likely have their own AI-only versions capable of AT or AA only.

why i can't find this defender turret ? which GLA faction have it ?
Because it hasn't been released yet. The name of the faction it belongs to is written above its name in the image: GLA Biochemical Weapons
only thing i wish someone could code is for these things to not require a manual mode switch, just place it and go
