Operation: Black Mesa is a total Source remake of Half Life: Opposing Force. Using the Source engine, the developers plan to recreate the Black Mesa research Facility as it was seen by Corporal Adrian Shephard of the H.E.C.U. Half-life: Opposing Force is still an amazing game, although it is not nearly as amazing as it was when it was released.

That MP5 is missing its grenade sight that goes on the right side. I'm seriously hoping that when the player fire that M203 that he will actually have animations that pull the M203s trigger right in front of the mag. The reload of the M203 should also be animated.
On another note that hud is truly brilliant & original.
Also why is the Desert Eagle .44 magnum? wasn't the original .357?
The original Op4 deagle is supposedly .357, but the only .357 deagles were prototypes and never went into production.
They ARE in production, but both the .44 and .357 have stopped production
the noob is right .357 deagles are in production and have been fore quite some time ... regardless none of them are actually in any military arsenal or issue so yea like the game its all fictional ppl.

Actually, the HUD look a lot like Call of Pripyat from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R Series only this time with all green rather then different colour for the Head Gear Gas Mask.

I actually don't much care for that HUD. There's too much stuff. For example, we don't need an icon showing what gun we are holding; we can SEE the gun. Health and armor only need to be shown once, so choose either the bottom left or in the center with the crosshair, but not both.
Far Cry 2 had a great HUD: everything disappeared when not in use. The ammo counter appeared when you fired a shot. The health bar appeared when you were hit or when it recharges. Everything would reappear for a short time if you hit the reload button.
The **** are you talking about? That's the weapon selection bar that disappears when you stop changing weapons...
