Operation: Black Mesa is a total Source remake of Half Life: Opposing Force. Using the Source engine, the developers plan to recreate the Black Mesa research Facility as it was seen by Corporal Adrian Shephard of the H.E.C.U. Half-life: Opposing Force is still an amazing game, although it is not nearly as amazing as it was when it was released.

No, because there were no poison headcrabs in original goldSrc H-L games. They were most likely created by the Combine.
Good to know that this remake will have HECU zombies ;p But I have a question, what's it on back of the midle one? I it backpack? Or a giant headcrab? :O
Its obvious! its a backpack like the H.E.C.U marines mostly have!
Take a closer look at that thing, the concept makes it look like it has ribs and spider-like limbs.
