Only War 2 is the follow-up of the CnC Generals: Zero Hour Total Conversion Only War.
Only War 2 will include space battles and ground combat.
The four first factions will be: the ruinous power Chaos, the mystical metal skeletons known as the Necrons, the elite Space marines and of course the Hammer of the Emperor the Imperial Guard.
We currently would like to hear from people who would want to help us out in any way, if you are one of those people, head over to our forums and post about what you can help out with.

Well.. You're wrong. CnC-3 has proven itself unmoddable.. till summer when the SDK comes out. And this concerns all of CnC-3 mods
The demo has been out for almost two months now, development should already've been started with that demo.
Development cant be better (yet) considering the game is due for release March 29th in europe. Soon it will begin.

Just don't go changing engines again the moment a new RTS becomes more popular.
Anyway, any new progress, since you're so accustomed to the SAGE engine (from OW1) development should go even better now, right?
See, the problem with Empire at War was never the way its gameplay was, the problem was that you cant make a high quality 40k mod for it, the only kind of mod suitable modding for EaW is one that uses or is Star Wars-oriented stuff. Empire at War simply isnt suitable for a Total Conversion.
It was either A:
Stick with Empire at War and go down with the ship.
Or B:
Change to a moddable and well suited engine quick and start from there.
Thats it, theres no point in any of you EaW people who really wanted to see OW2 for EaW to whine about it, this is our decision and we're sticking with it. Period.
NEVER BAD MOUTH STAR WARS, THEIR GAMES RULE.
But there's one BiG problem by what they can't do it. EaW isn't a popular game. It's a game with sux gameplay =) So fewer people will download this mod. And CnC3 will be when released like a bomb to the community, so I agree with the authors that selected CnC3, not EaW, UaW or other Minesweeper.
