One Vision mod for Battlefield 2

One Vision is a world in which governments are falling
apart by the minute with their own internal Civil Wars
and fueds. When the nation of Kruzzia (kroo-zia)
begins to rampage through borders of neighboring
countries and take over, eliminating any form of their
culture. The nations under siege and Civil War have to
determine which is most important to them: To fight to
save their land, or fight their own countrymen.
This mod's going to bring in some new gameplay
elements into the FPS mod scene. Like what you ask?

Well...

1. Cannot drive vehicles such as a tank without a
driver, a turret gunner, and if neccessary, an
anti-infantry gunner. This will help make sure that
team play is a neccessity.

2. Vehicles can run out of fuel unless refilled by a
tanker truck, or a base station. This adds a bit of
realism into driving a behemoth such as a tank. Fuel
runs out fast!( not annoyingly so, its going to be
balanced so dont worry.)

3. In order to use a heavy machine gun, you will have
to stand almost completely still and crouch, or lie
prone in a position to fire. This will make sure that
running and jumping with a huge assault machine gun is
inconvienient. With such a heavy weapon, it will also
make the user move slower while it is equipped.

4. When you get shot and the health bar reaches a
certain point, you will begin to bleed out unless you
call for medical attention from a field medic. They
cannot completely patch you up, but you wont bleed to
death. To be completely patched up, you would have to
find a Hospital Tent or building and have a medic work
on you there. When you are healed by any medic, it
will leave a lasting effect on your soldiers body. It
will make your aim waver a bit (especially when
bleeding out) and movement will be imprecise. That
means you may not be able to walk straight!

5. Engineers will be required to fix ALL vehicles up,
but like the field medic, will not be able to
completely remedy the damage. To remedy the damage,
going to a repair station will be critical or else the
vehicle may fail to move or will catch fire.

6. Very specialized kits: Unlike the
"jack-of-all-trades" kits, kits in One Vision are
meant for only one job. The Anti-Tank kit is a good
choice vs tanks, but the kit doesn't contain a rifle
or machinegun making the rocket jocky very weak vs
other foot troops. The kits that work best all around
are the assault kits, which should make them more
popular.

7. Multiple people needed to cap flags: At least three
people must be around a flag in order to capture it.
Again, this should really encourage teamwork and
require soldiers to have to fall back if neccessary,
