Ok I know Im not good at drawing so you dont need to point that out. I got really bored so I decided to make some concept art just for fun. I made a mix between the original l4d smoker and a nurgle plaguebearer.
Ofcourse, this is not official but it might end up looking something like that when it's done. Anyway I might draw the other special infected too but until then, enjoy this one :P
