Also a little empty but is closer to finish.
Lovely made! It feels kinda cold though. Try to change the ceiling and/or the floor texture with something warmer (tiles for the floor and the one which you've used for the floor, make it a ceiling texture). If not, you could add more furniture and some yellowish lambs in here. If you are aiming for cold, high-tech labs/offices, then I think the bluish textures from "Questionable Ethics" are for you :). Again, I know this is a WIP so I am eagerly awaiting to see the final version.
Keep up with the awesome work, there are so few quality GldSource mods left around here still in development...
I love the papers on the floor touch. My only suggestion would be to maybe make another seizure-inducing zombie. Like the one you see in Half-Life before you go thru the "wrong airlock".
I agree on the ceiling texture here. You've got plenty of options what you could add there.. Either some vents on top some lights between vents or some air conditioning system - a fan. Or even some complex square muster.
But yes change the texture.
Perhaps add a bin or plant in some corner too.
